Rob Gray ~ Rob comes from a background with landscaping & construction. Working as a joiner also enables him to be "hands on" ensuring the whole process runs smoothly. Property is a keen passion and has untaken many development projects .
Erin Gray ~ Erin has a background in hospitality and property renovations, she has a keen eye and ensures everything she does is of a high standard.

No smoking or pets allowed in the property.

There is an emergency torch/nightlight plugged into the sockets in the bedroom & living area.
Please do not remove this from the property.
To empty the bins when required, go out of the back door, up the steps & you will see the black bins on the left hand side.
